"The Santuary" is lovely, set in woodland; with many Palm, Cedar, Mimosa and Live Oak Trees, the property is very quiet and has complete seclusion and privacy.  Venture to the many Florida locations or simply relax poolside in complete privacy.

The Sanctuary" has:

Bedrooms: 3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 8, Beds for 6-8 

Bedroom 1: 1 king

Bedroom 2: 1 queen

Bedroom 3: 1 twin/ single

Bed sleeping for 6, additional Cot and a twin air mattresses.

Bathrooms: 2 Full Bathrooms 

Outdoor Shower

The Sanctuary comfortably sleeps 6 - one or two additional guests are $25 for each night.

Outside…

• At "The Sanctuary"... Private Pool:  Screened in Concrete / tiled pool / with stairs and ladder, Optional Pool Heat.  We charge for heat because some people do not want pool heated.  Pool toys.

• 3 Kayaks (2 One man - 1 Two man) / 2 Canoes, Paddles, Oars and Life Vests.  Several Bikes and tire pump.

• Lanai / Deck / Patio / Pool Lounges, Outdoor Park Style Charcoal Grill, Horse-shoe Pit and trails to walk.

• Dock for Small Boat – we use a 21 ft. Bay boat.  To access open waters you need to go under a bridge.  T-Tops not recommended. 

• Wrap Around Screened in Deck, with several sitting areas.

 

"The Marina" is the perfect location for enjoyable activity and relaxation.  The Pool and Tennis Court are just a short walk from the house.  The landscaping in this Gated Community is beautiful.  If you decide to rent a dock, you are directly on the Homosassa River.  A short scenic trip takes you to the Gulf of Mexico.  There is the added OPTION to rent a GOLF CART!!  Old Homosassa is Golf Cart Friendly!

 

 

"The Marina" has:

The Marina comfortably sleeps 8 - The maximum allowed.

At "The Marina"... The private community pool and tennis court are just a short walk from the house. Bring your tennis rackets! If you rent a dock - the dock is just a few steps off the rear deck. The rental of the dock is an extra fee.

The RiverHouse... at Homosassa Tradewinds

The Highlight Feature of this house are the 3 entirely screened in Porches!  The house has an unobstructed beautiful view of the Homosassa River. The first floor is the ideal location to entertain guests and have a great River experience.

The private community pool and tennis court are just a short walk from the house. Bring your tennis rackets! If you rent a dock - the dock is a short walk - in the marina area.  The rental of the dock is an extra fee.  There is the added OPTION to rent a GOLF CART!!  Old Homosassa is Golf Cart Friendly!
