This Vacation Destination is 60 minutes from Tampa and Busch Gardens and 1 hour and a half from Orlando, Disney World, SeaWorld and Universal Studios. Clearwater and its beautiful beaches and Aquarium, the home of “Winter” star of “Dolphin Tales' are an hour drive from the house. Sandy white beaches are located in Chrystal River, a 15 minute drive or 25 minutes south to Pine Island.
This area is remote enough to take you away but close enough to major grocery chains & restaurants. At local establishments like the Riverside Crab House, The Freezer, MacRae's, the Old Mill Tavern and others, you will definitely experience true American small town friendliness teaming with local color.

The entire house is beautifully and tastefully decorated
with all the necessary amenities to providing the vacationer with all the
comforts of home and more! Both of the porches front and rear are fully
screened - providing these sitting areas and the covered lanai with ample shade at all times. A dining area with chairs and table
and BBQ grill is on the rear porch over looking the Marina. You are within steps of
your boat should you decide to bring one. The large Florida living room has cable TV,
Wi-Fi Internet, a
large leather wrap around sofa and a large single armchair. The kitchen has all needed appliances,
dishes and utensils. The dining room sits more than 6. There is an adjoining breakfast area with table and chairs
for 2. The utility room has a washer and dryer. All bed linens and
towels are provided.

Bring your own boat - there is a boat ramp on site and
docks are available for renters. Or use one of the many
professional fishing guides to take you for a fun filled day of catching
redfish, trout, snook, grouper as well as many other of the gulf coast sport
fish. Fish right off the dock! Boat and Pontoon rentals are available in Old
Homosassa for an exciting adventure on the River or Gulf. There are boat rentals
just minutes from the house or go for a thrilling airboat ride. The list of birds and wildlife that are seen daily is too
long to mention here. The sounds of nature are incredible.
A maximum number of 8 people are accepted on a rental for
the given rate. There are comfortable beds for 8 people. A High Chair and a
child's Pack & Play are available for use.
The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a King-size bed, en-suite bathroom with tub and separate shower and a walk-in closet. There are three other bedrooms on the second floor, one Queen bed room with en-suite bathroom and walk in closet, one other Queen bedroom and one bedroom with Twin beds. Each bedroom has ample closet space and a ceiling fan. There is also another 2nd bathroom on the 2nd floor which has a bath/overhead shower, toilet and vanity unit. There is one half bathroom on the first floor also. French doors lead out to the back and front Porch areas.
