The fully furnished house features all amenities for a relaxing or active stay, with boat ramp and trailer parking available. Enjoy river views, three screened terraces ideal for yoga or reading, and optional golf cart rental. The master suite includes a king bed and balcony, alongside a queen guest room, a twin room, plus cot, pack & play, and highchair for children.  It is located near the pool and close to the community riverside fishing dock.

Located near Chassahowitzka National Park and just south of Crystal River, it's within biking distance of Old Homosassa and the Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park. The peaceful, secluded property is surrounded by palms, cedars, mimosas, live oaks, and citrus trees. Guests enjoy private access to a cove with a dock and easy routes to the Gulf of Mexico for fishing or scalloping. Boat ramps are nearby with ample trailer parking. A short boat ride leads to top fishing areas or up the Homosassa River to swim with manatees in clear springs, and the wildlife park is only a five-minute drive.
